Annotation list / answer key

Write one complete annotation per paragraph. Plain or red paragraphs become red annotations; blue paragraphs become blue teaching notes. Keep headings, tables and instructions out of this file. Use separate paragraphs for answers and notes.

Prompt for your AI

Create a downloadable DOCX annotation list for the attached PDF or source material. Put each annotation in its own paragraph, in placement order. Use this exact structure: PLACE: a concise description of where the annotation belongs; then insert a Shift+Enter line break; then TEXT: the exact text that should appear on the PDF. Use further Shift+Enter line breaks when the annotation itself needs multiple lines. The PLACE information is guidance for the user and must not be part of the annotation text. Do not include headings, tables, bullets, automatic numbering, original questions, duplicated source text, introductions or closing remarks. Do not invent missing information. Do not assign meanings to font colours. Use a colour requested by the user for the TEXT content; otherwise leave the font colour automatic/default.
